Ten group expands to purpose-built premises

Electricity transmission and distribution supplier TEN Group recently moved into its newly refurbished Brisbane head office.

The new purpose-built premises in the suburb of Banyo has warehouse space three times that of the company’s old dwelling. Bringing their rental division under the same roof, they have improved their efficiencies and can implement carefully designed operating processes.

TEN Group managing director Corey Scott said he looked for a building that would last the company for a long time to come.

At the rate the company has been growing, moving to the new site was long overdue, he said.

The move will benefit customers as TEN Group incorporates new warehousing and safety systems.

“The complete workflow will be adjusted to the new system and every single product can be traced from the moment it arrives at the warehouse to the date and time it is delivered to the end customer,” operations manager Lloyd Smith said.
